About Us

Built in 1998, LUMBERTON INDEPENDENT LIVING CAMPUS sits on 11.5-acres, as a unique 128-unit development, consisting of 5 two story buildings, and a Shared Housing Facility, with an interconnected walkway to onsite Plaza Services and the Management Office.

Designed with the expressed purpose of accommodating active 55 plus and disabled residents, our community has the combined influence of some of the nation’s and regions top experts and advocates to our mission. For that reason, all of our apartments are 100% accessible.

We have received both input and endorsements from advocates such as actor and philanthropist Christopher Reeves, Memorial Hospital of Burlington County, the New Jersey Office of the Aging and other expert stakeholders who have expertise in meeting the needs of senior and disabled residents. As result of such expertise, we are honored to be able to offer a high quality affordable solution to meeting the housing needs for those who desire to live independently.
